How much does shipping cost?
Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over CHF 55, otherwise CHF 8 flat rate
United States: Free shipping on orders over USD 120, otherwise USD 18 flat rate

What is the return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to regional conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Full details are available in our Returns Policy.

Our products are entirely and strictly crafted in Italy. We prioritize working with small ateliers to ensure world-class technical execution while supporting independent craftsmanship.
Are your fabrics safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our fabrics are selected with comfort and skin sensitivity in mind. We prioritize high-quality, skin-friendly materials and responsible finishing processes.
What dyes are used in The Conscious Layers garments?
We work with manufacturing partners that follow responsible dyeing processes designed to meet European standards and reduce environmental impact.
Are The Conscious Layers products biodegradable?
Many of our materials are natural fibers. Biodegradability depends on fabric composition and garment construction, which are detailed on each product page.
Can clothes be repaired if they’re damaged?
We design our pieces for durability and long wear. Minor repairs can often extend the life of a garment, depending on the damage.
How does the Recycling & Circularity program work?
Our program is designed to extend the life of our products and reduce waste.<p>When an item reaches the end of its use, customers can return it to us so it can be responsibly recycled or repurposed.
