Refund policy
At PURE LAYERS, every piece is carefully crafted in Italy from organic fibers. We want each item to fit and feel perfect. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to offer clarity and flexibility while preserving the quality and value of our products.

You may request a size or style exchange for any reason, subject to availability.
Refunds / Returns:
- You are entitled to a full refund if you do not like the item or if it does not fit.
- Refunds are also available for faulty or non-conforming items.
Return Cost:
- PURE LAYERS retains CHF 3 per returned or exchanged item to cover handling and restocking costs.
How to return or exchange:
1. Contact info@purelayers.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. A free return label will be provided.
2. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and the original invoice included.
3. Returns must be sent using a reliable, trackable postal service.
4. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 working days after receipt and approval.

- Change-of-mind returns (do not like the item / does not fit) are not eligible for a refund, you can only exchange with another product style or size.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes.
- Full refunds are provided only for faulty or non-conforming items.

Faulty or Non-Conforming Items (All Regions)
If an item arrives faulty or does not match your order:
1. Contact info@purelayers.co within 14 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photographs
2. Ship the item back to PURE LAYERS using a tracked postal service.
3. PURE LAYERS will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost, regardless of region.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
PURE LAYERS is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping; we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
For international exchanges, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
